My dog Fluffy used to be the most comforting thing for me, but unfortunately, we had to put her to sleep about 3 years ago.
Now I usually turn to my boyfriend, food, cigarettes, or cuddling under the blankets with a good book for comfort.
(At times, I may turn to all of the above)

Chocolate, family, and prayer. Not to sound corny or anything.
Also things that have always been a part of my life or that remind me of my childhood, like swing sets and Harry Potter.

When I was younger, I used to write about everything. I'd write poetry, books, diaries, anything. I don't really know what happened, but I got out of it. Now, I'm going back to it after everything. It's always been my fall back...

my extra-ordinarily close friends. there's just two of them. they're the only two people on the planet who can relate to me at such a level. even though he lives crazy far away and i don't get to talk to him as often as i'd like, he's still important to me. and she's much closer, but still relatively far away for a girl who hasn't gotten her g1 yet. still, i know that they care and always will, even when i can't talk to them i think about them and it calms me down.
