yes, it held on average 85 kids. it was located on the 3rd floor. About 3,000 sq feet.

The WTC was an Office Building. None of the MANY 9/11 television programs mentioned a Day Care Center, or dead children.

Yes, it did. But since it was on such a low floor (the 3rd floor as someone else mentioned) none of the children were injured/killed since their caretakers were able to get them all out safely.
