Basically either you or something you are using to request from a server is passing something invalid. If you are making this request directly, check that you are properly calling the resource. If you are getting this error while accessing a web page, it could be that the site you are visiting is incorrectly building a request to some additional service (indirectly for you).

The request could not be understood by the server due to malformed syntax. The client SHOULD NOT repeat the request without modifications."
