P.E. classes help you stay fit and healthy. Some parts of P.E. are actually fun - like playing soccer or volleyball. In my opinion, some aren't that necessary (like running a mile every friday, etc.) So yeah... P.E. is a great way to get your daily exercise but I think the students (or their parents) should deside whether they'll be taking intense excersise programm or a lower level. It's not fair that all the students do the same thing even though their physical condition might be totally different.

FITNESS!

Most people nowaday don't exercise much or not exercise at all.

P.E classes help students get use to sports and training programs. Some students can find interest in some sports that they had never encounter before.

Also, I like it because it doesn't have any homework for me, and I don't have to study much for this class.

What do you think of P.E. now?

I hated P.E. in school... but when I didnt' have to take any more I really wished we still were taking it...

It helped to keep weight down and muscle tone up.
