I loved last night's episode. Not my favorite- that honor goes to Parasite and Company Man- but still really good.

Watch Five Years Gone for the answers to the stuff you read in the TV guide.

My thoughts on this episode, "The Hard Part":

Of course Sylar turned to Mohinder first. Mohinder is Sylar's only friend. Mohinder should have remembered about Sylar's superhearing though- he used it to his advantage when he was torturing him. Why are the smart (and pretty) ones always so dumb? How many times has Mohinder done something stupid when he could have saved many, many lives if he had actually stopped to think before he acted? GRRR! Still love him though. He was really cute with that little girl, Molly.

I loved Sylar and Mohinder together. I hope that the writers somehow figure out how to get those two crazy kids back together. (And I do mean crazy; poor Mohinder, he was sane once.) Sylinder forever!

Poor Sylar. He just wants to be special and have his mommy really listen to him for once. He doesn't want to bring about the Apocalypse. And didn't Sylar's logic about the unspecial people kind of make sense? Or am I just sick? :) Someone should tell NBC that brain-eating serial killers shouldn't be that adorable.

So Mohinder's blood can cure sick heroes? I knew that they were going to give Mohinder an "ability", even if it's a lame one like that. They should have just kept him one of us normal people. (Okay, so it's not a real "ability", and actually works in real life, but it's close enough.) I know he was originally intended to be the one the audience identified with, but that never lasts. Look what happened to Chloe on Smallville.

Don't care about the Sanders/Hawkins family.

I wonder just how much of Nathan and Peter's lives their mother orchestrated. I'm guessing probably quite a lot.

I've been saying since Claude that Peter should get someone to stay with him at all times. That way, if he looks like he's going to explode, his friend (I was actually thinking Claire or Hiro) can just knock him out. It worked for Claude, it'll work again.

More of the Bennet, Parkman, and Ted Show! Parkman's boring on his own, but I love him when he's with Bennet, and I love Bennet even more (if that's even possible) when he's with Parkman.

Well, last week's episode showed Sylar as Nathan, after the bomb (that freaked me out!). Claire and Hiro weren't dead there, though, so I guess there's more to come! :) Actually, the fact that they weren't dead in this future, but may be dead in another future, connects back to the strings that Future Hiro had put together in the art studio...all of the paths cross, but if you can change when & where they cross, you can change the future!

The good news is that Hiro met his future self, and they realized that Hiro had to go back in time to fix things. That's where we started this week's episode.

Yeah, Sylar's mother was pretty much out there...No wonder Sylar is so messed up! I think it's intriguing to know that he's not excited about the prospect of killing a bunch of people. I'm just about convinced that his motivation is to "be someone special", like his mother wanted him to be...He can even be the president!

That happened two mondays ago when Hiro was in the future. Ando was the one who died and that's why hiro is obsessed with changing the past. Last night was good but not great. At least we learned why Sylar is so obsessed to be "special". Lets see what happens. Two more episodes left!!!!!! I don't want it to end!!! :(

I think Hiro is going to kill Look-Alike Lady while she is looking like Syler.
Thus, Syler can't gain her power and can't impersonate Nate Petrelli, and won't be president.

Molly uses her magic finding power to find Syler. The information gets to Peter Petrelli, who grabs Syler, flies to a height of 35,000 feet (using his magic flying man powers), keeps going up (using his magic cheerleader powers to keep from blacking out), and explodes (using his magic radioactive man powers). Bits of Syler rain down on the Nevada desert. Bits of Peter Petrelli too, but when Molly (using her locating power) collects all the bits of Peter Petrelli, they regenerate (while Claire is nearby). Everybody lives happily ever after except Syler who is dead.

The way Schylar's mom keep telling him he could be president seems like foreshadowing. I think Nathan's going to have to watch his back!
