I've had no calls so far. I live in the western suburbs of Chicago. Mls # 06494525 My realtor is coming back out to retake pictures for the listing. We're priced under most homes in the neighborhood. I know the market is slow, but I'm suprised at the lack of calls. It's 4bedroom 3-car garage. 6yrs old. For those of you that are selling, how many showings are you getting?

Not many, I'm trying to sell a house I own in Florida. It has been on the market for about 6 months. No takers yet, I just reduced the price $40,000. My Realtor said two people are going to look at it Saturday. The market is slow all over.

everything here in Ca is taking over 6 months to sell. People want to wait. If you want to move the home quick you have to list it with like a 5 or 6 percent to the buyers agent. that way everyone who has a qualified buyer will bring them to your home. I know it sounds crazy. Its a tough time to sell a home right now

A short while back, we sold a house, on Martha's Vineyard. This is supposed to be a highly desirable vacation place. Two showings, and one offer. This is a buyer's market, and their problem is getting the financing.
