Can you mix the two?
Any other things i should know before I get one?

To answer your first question, yes you can mix the two but to prevent the frog from nipping the Betta's fins, I would get the 2 gallon tank. Another thing is that with such a small tank, you can only get one of each fish. Another thing to worry about is that African dwarf frogs do get very large and will eventually outgrow that tank. Make sure you have something planned out when this happens. Other than that, just make sure you clean your water a few times a week (unless your getting a filter) and don't overfeed your fish.

This may or may not help but it really depends on the Betta, some can be very aggressive and must be left alone, while others can be added to a community tank (only one Betta per tank though). I personally feel there would not be any problem because Betta's are aggravated by fancy fins and bright colors, none of which the frog inhibits. I would still proceed with cation.

You can mix them, but even a 2 gallon might be a bit small for even one of each. I would go for a 5 gallon if you want to keep both. Here's a page about the Dwarf Frogs

ya because i have a betta and a sucker fish (forgot the actual name) but you can't put two bettas together

do not mix them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the frogs get fat and then die after 2 or 3 years don't worry if the frogs hang on to each other mating favorite food frozen blood worms
