Pharmacology is one of the areas within pharmacy. You can get information about all the Colleges of Pharmacy in the USA at the website of the Association of American Colleges of Pharmacy.

Sometimes you see rankings of pharmacy schools, but they are not very meaningful. Since all the graduates of these schools have to take national licensing exams, the curriculum for all the schools is very similar. USC is a good school, but so are all the other pharmacy colleges. It reallly doesnt matter much which one you attend. All of them have similar courses and they all give the same degree - Doctor of Pharmacy or "PharmD"

It is possible to get a MS degree or even a PhD in pharmacology from a few schools. But these research -academic oriented degrees do not allow you to become a pharmacist or take the pharmacy licensing exams.

USC!
They actually have a cool program that you can apply to in which you only do 3 years of undergrad and then go immediately to the pharmacy school. Of course, you can opt out of this if you want the full 4 year experience.
USC is also a good university for this because of its location and community outreach. You'd have plenty of opportunities to do work with a pharmacologist or in a clinic in Los Angeles. USC has programs specifically designed to help you do this.
