yes it will fit...but not perfectly...

when you put the new board in try to line it up with as many of the stock mounting brackets as you can... it maybe all of them, it may only be 2-4...

the idea is that you really only need as many to fit, to hold the motherboard and all of it's components securely to the case.

if you don't have enough you could drill a small hole where you need an extra mount, but this is a last resort...

important: make sure that you do not ground out the new MOBO...it should not be touching any metal...and use the little paper or plastic washers inbetween the mobo and the case.

Oh, and dude, if it doesn't fit really well....just don't move the pc around a lot and it will be fine.

BTW: NO GLUE, NO PAPER CLIPS, NO TWIST TIES!

I have been in Angels Stadium, Dodger Stadium, Yankee Stadium, Petco Park and whatever the name is of that sauna in Miami in Red Sox gear. Everyone treats you with respect/ignores you, except the Yankee fans. There is just too much history there. It makes it fun. As for your experience, I could never understand why a Yankee fan would show up at Fenway for a Red Sox--Tigers game in Yankee gear. Wear Tiger gear for Heaven's sake. Of course you are going to be the most loathed person in the park. Actually wearing a Yankee hat in the City of Boston is not the brightest of moves as a general matter.

The board connectors are different, you will need to chop of the Dell block and wire them to a normal casing plugs.
