How long will it take for my sunflower seeds to sprout if I planted last Thursday?

I bought the kit at target it came with a packet of seeds, soil, and a teeny tiny pot....

It should take about 7 days for your sunflower seeds to sprout.

HOWEVER, since most sunflower plants grow 3 to 10 feet tall, there is NO way they are going to grow in a tiny pot.

As soon as your sprouts come up and they have 2 sets of leaves, you need to plant them in a sunny (all day) location in your yard.
