I've been considering alternatives to shaving, so I was wondering if Nare would be safe to use on your penis and testicular region.

Nair on your penis is fine if you don't plan on using the penis ever again. The sensible alternative to shaving is to let your sexy natural hair grow.

I never did it myself but a friend did and said it burned real bad I do not suggest it

It's not to be used on sensitive areas of your body. Don't even think of using it.
