How do I get wheels that are not chrome chromed?

I have a 2005 Corvette that has the polished aluminum wheels and want to get them chromed.

Look in the yellow pages under Metal Plating & Polishing, and take them to a plating shop.

Take them to any garage, they can get someone to repaint them.
