Humans are all the same.
If a group of humans sees a need for something, they invent it. If there is no need in a particular culture for something, it goes lacking.
In this culture devised by people of European descent, alarm clocks, beds, kitchens, television, electricity, cars, modern clothes, etc. have a value. So, ALL the humans are equally adept at using or even improving or improvising these things.
In other cultures, for example the Amish, none of these items has any value, so there is no one who uses them.

Electricity is not an invention. How do you know if all of those are white people's inventions? They would've had that stuff in Africa. Black people aren't stupid.
