But answering ones question of personal issues is hard, only that person doing the flirting knows the meaning behind it, some people are flirts by nature, they use flirts to hide other deep emotions that they can not express in casual conversation, if it is a burden to you i would set the person down and let them know whats on your heart and how it effects you,

Flirting is what you saying "who oh oh" you look nice and then moving on. Simply trying to make a persons day. But flirting done on a ongoing basis with the same person is hitting on someone. So you have to decide for yourself what you are willing to put up with and what you are not willing to put up with each person if different. Somethings other women I know go for would automatically make me upset.

yeah it would. All you are doing is trying to flirt with some man's wife. It is not right for married people to flirt with other people. Read the Holy Bible about marriage and you will get the answer if it is right or not.

Is this a trick question? It's just like asking, will you get mad if your s/o was flirting with someone in real life. Of course I'll be mad. Just because he's not with her physically, doesn't mean that he's not cheating. I absolutely consider what he's doing cheating, and you need to tell him to stop!

Yes - because flirting starts building a relationship - and once a relationship is built, who knows where that will lead.
