i am looking for a place to buy.like rent to own. does anyone know how i can go about finding a place like this.

Yes if you are in California, I can help. If you are out of state I can refer you to someone that can locate properties like this for you. What you want to do is basically lease with an option to buy. I am able to access these types of properties for you.

Check with a local REALTOR. Although, in a purchase situation it may be considered a Land Contract or a Lease Option.
