I remember a sculpture of Sisyphus pushing the stone uphill in the Louvre. The reason I am more than familiar with the name and legend is because the rock group "Pink Floyd" cut a record with the London Philharmonic titled Sisyphus. I listened to it for hours during the late 70s.
