A lot of people have come to a lot of different conclusions about what the so-called 'G-spot' is, where it is, and what it's supposed to be doing. Depending on what source you consult, you'll get a LOT of different answers to this one. So let's look at facts:
There are some women who have a differently-textured area in their vagina around their urethra (not all). Some women who have that area respond to stimulation of it (not all). Those who do respond have different responses: some experience pleasure, some ejeculate fluids, and some just feel the need to urinate.
The bottom line is that people are different. This is something about you that only you are likely to know or be able to find out. If you're interested, then go exploring. Otherwise don't really worry about it. Links below for more information, if you like.
Peace.

The G Spot is a small area, (about 1 inch diameter) inside the vagina, up about an inch and half to two inches. It is a small spongy pad that wraps around the urethra. If that pad is stimulated through the vaginal wall during sexual arousal, it can be very exciting. Appropriate stimulation will cause the female to take a deep breath and push down real hard. It is a very sensitive area.

this URL will explain what it is.

this URL will give you a diagram of what to look for.
in my personal experience the g-spot is in two areas not one the clitoris is the most sensitive part of a woman body. and the urethra is wear a woman urine comes out of. but when both the clitoris and urethra are stroked in a upward and downward motion for about a minute a white liquid comes out called the female ejaculate.
you will be surprised on how similar a male ejaculate is to a female ejaculate
i myself have tasted it. the first women i tasted, taste like honey. the others tasted like water.
the first woman that i did it too experienced a multiple orgasm.
all though i found that not all women are the same. some climax but don't ejaculate a white substance. some don't feel anything at all.
the ones that don't climax at all usually have very sensitive nipples you might want to arouse that area instead.

It is a spot in your vagina that so to speek "turns you on", causing an orgasm.
