If you aren't against getting a used tank, try craigslist (an online classified ads by country/state/city: http://sfbay.craigslist.org/ or Freecycle (organized the same way, everything is free!): http://www.freecycle.org/

Yes one place is craigslist, but make sure your able to pick it up in person, don't trust delivery. Also one of the best stores is fish town USA in queens. Not only do they have a great selection of fish tanks they have a great selection of fish and great prices, whether salt or fresh water. They have a 110 gallon for I think 362 dollars and much more.

I would check the paper for anyone selling there's, or you can build one which saves a lot of money and is very easy. I have included some sites if you want to go that way. The problem with buying one on-line is the shipping charge which is going to be around a few hundred dollars. Your best bet would be the classified section.
