What could be the cause of intense pain in the bottom of my tummy along with frequent passing of urine?

I started experiencing this after I started having sex almost a year ago. I am 18 years old. What could be the cause?

It's very possible that you could have a urinary tract infection going on, but because you have had these symptoms now for about 6 months or so this really needs to be evaluated by a dr to see what they think that could be causing the problem.

If you are having concern passing urine and /or going customarily, that can be a signal of prostititus. That's now not the equal as melanoma. Cancer will influence in passing blood. See your major general practitioner, and he might endorse a Urologist.
