I am thinking that I wanna have a online advice thing and I was wondering if anyone has the steps for me to do it. Thanks bunches =]

First find a way to get an audience. Find out what you want to give advice on--life, school, etc--and then establish your credibility in the topic you want to help people with. And Finally set a forum or something where people could ask you questions and then you answer them. Maybe host like a webpage (use a free service) have people email you questions or have them post it on a forum and then pick the questions you want to answer and then answer them. Maybe in an article in a forum or even better try to podcast your advice. Podcasting has become quite popular nowdays so try that. Hopes this helps you..

Well, first of all you need to have a website, or a column in your local or school newspaper. If it is a website, decorate it colorfully, and interesting (otherwise people with be bored to death of it). Next you need to have a place (kind of like this) where people can post or contact you through e-mail about problems or decision making that is frustrating to them. Make sure they don't use their real name. You must be very kind to them otherwise they wont follow or even consider your advice. If you are in a situation where you don't know what to post (a.k.a someone asks you a question your not sure or comfortable about) just tell them "that's a situation that is very personal to you, and you need to make that decision, I'm sorry" and then maybe give them a couple small tips. first of all you should start up your own little website get your friends involved state what hours you will be online to answer to advice. just start with friends problems and gradually work your way up from there.
just make sure u let as many people as you know about what it is you are setting up words travel fast by word of mouth!!

Geocitites can be upgraded to a domain for really cheap to get the forum thing. There's yahoo groups, you can start a group. There's blogging on blogger, typepad. And then you can just sit here and answer people's questions.

Be careful not to give the wrong advice because if somebody does something stupid and says you told them or they got the idea from you you can be held reliable if they have your information (like if you start your own website.)

Get a webpage and make a advice website. Give it a good name and add some ads so you can make money from it. ;) Another thing that will help is if you give good advice.

Thats really nice of you, =] you can just give advice to people who need it here, on yahoo, or you could make a myspace...or you could probably go to a search engine and try finding a way to make websites.

But before even thinking of creating a website, you'll need knowledge of HTML/CSS.
