We used to pretend we were Oompa Lumpas and we were having a football match with giant snails. Demented? Nah, creative!

Frankly, I found them a profound disappointment from which I think I have never truly recovered. It was then I discovered the advertising industry could lie to young people! I really thought I would be bouncing my way to school and back! It seemed such and idyllic means of transport - until I actually sat on one!

haha i'm 34 and bought 2 cadburys cream egg ones last week that had been reduced to 1.50 each for me and my 16 year old daughter...hehe they're for the demented of any age lol

Space hoppers were fantastic,mine was bright orange,lol.God youve just took me right back to my childhood.
