Try to exercise and meditate. It helps me. You can also take a day off and do the things that you like. Its a good pick me up.

No, and if I did, I'd try to find out why.
If you mean physically out of it, you might have some subtle things out of whack. Have you been in an accident or had a fall? Your spine or neck could be pinching and cause bad feelings throughout the body. You could have a food allergy or reaction to something like gluten or artificial sweeteners or high-fructose corn syrup, all worth looking up. You could have parasites if you are around animals, or eat out-of-doors where parasite spores can float on the wind and get in your food. You could have a nutritional imbalance, vitamin shortage, or mineral deficiency. You could have bad dental work, or dental problems that are hidden. You could be going through some life change, like puberty or even menopause, it's impossible to tell from your question. Age, sex, activities, diet; all are points to check before you start looking for a "pick me up" to put a quick fix on something that may be a big problem starting small.
And if you mean "out of it" mentally, that's a sign you're not in the present. And you need to be. Read more about that, or see the video of Dianetics" The Modern Science of Mental Health" for info on that.
Good Luck.

Yes, I guess I try to make positive change, either eating better, finding something physical that I actually enjoy doing-recently started juggling again, I know that sounds silly but I use to do it as a kid and it's fun and when I'm concentrating on juggling I can't really think of anything else. Besides I have Grandkids and it entertains them.

It depends what you mean by "out of it"
Research the symptoms of depression.
If they seem to fit talk to your doctor - it may be that you will feel much better if your doctor orders an SRRI for you to take.
