There are 4 disks. I'm not sure which CD to put in. disk 1 or 2.

disc 1. if you put in the wrong disc, your computer will tell you. but it is definately disc 1 for the original game. when you get expansions installed you're gonna have to use the disc of the expansion pack. but no matter what, the disc you use is always the FIRST ONE. hope it helps : )

You put in disc one because disc two just contains graphics things that are involved in the installing.

If you just installed Sims2 then insert disc 1, but if you install any expansion packs, you will need to insert that disc.
