Of course not! I admit, the sentence seemed a bit steep, but that's the judge's discretion if it seems like the guilty party needs a bigger sentence to get her attention. This person clearly won't catch on easily, as her antics in court proved.

Her parents ought to be glad she's getting punishment. Much more of her garbage, and she's going to start hurting the name Hilton. I already cringe when I think about staying in a Hilton Hotel. I used to like them, but now they just remind me of spoiled brats.

I was going to ask a similar question Should Paris Hilton be pardoned and my answer is no she broke the law plain and simple if she was an ordinary person like us we'd be thrown in prison straight away. Just because she is a "celebrity" doesn't she is above the law but I think she won't be going to prison instead she should do community service like Naomi Campbell ot Boy George.

Paris Hilton should NOT be pardoned! She should have to serve every single day of her sentence, just like everyone else. She has NO respect for authority, rules or other people and it's well passed time she paid for it.

Of course, she will probably just make a "Girls in Prison" movie, flash her **** and make another bazillion dollars, but oh well - there's always the chance that she MIGHT learn a lesson, i suppose.

Nah!

I don't think she was intoxicated sir, if she was, if it is her third offense, she should be made to go to AA and her license revoked for life, as she did not( thanks to God) hurt anyone before it should happen, that sord of punishment is great enough, as noone has suffered. If it is like I think, that she was found driving with a suspended license, she should be pardoned or newly paroled, made to pay a hefty fine and do community service instead. That goes for anyone with this type of offense. I think cops should go after crack and other drug dealers, they are everywhere, on every street corner in any city in the U.S., how does cocaine and heroin get to the U.S., in such quantity, that it is everywhere in our nation? It doesn't grow here at all. Go after people who harm kids, put your man hours behind that, it ought to take up all the time that law enforcement spend on stopping people who pay taxes and are not a threat to society for traffic violations. Paris should not go to jail. I understand a high fine but not time spent along side criminals. Jail should be split up in sections for violators, like a traffic violation jail. If law enforcement put folks behind bars for missing court dates, for breaking probation, there should be a probation prison, depending on the offense, not thrown in with the common criminal circulation, do you understand? Oh, and watch your mouth because, karma is not nice, you are not perfect and some day just like Ms. Hilton, a loved one or even yourself may just go through this as well, God forbid.

ABSOLUTELY not, but it bothers me because I really believe her money will some how get her out of this and thats a travesty. I'd really like to know how many cops have let her go and didn't charge her and I know that happened. She wants everyone to call Governor Arnold S. and ask her to be pardoned because of all she does for young girls all over the world! Whats that be a spoiled drunk role model and buy over priced clothes from her moody sister I emailed the terminator and said leave her pay for her crime for once!

I say people boycott Hilton hotels and its subsidiaries and also Paris Hilton hand bag, perfume...etc so that Hilton family will go out of business. And sue the crap out of them for drunk driving so they'll blow all the money on legal feed.

No and why should she? Is it because she thinks she is above everyone else? She was driving on a suspended L.
with no regard for human life. What if she wrecked and killed your love one? Should she get off?

She should serve the entire 45 days, and if her attitude is not what it should be, then perhaps she would spun additional charges and a longer sentence.

Why should anyone care what happens to her? Capitalism supporters always point to the few self-made millionaires. They never notice the thousands of inheritance-made rich people who comprise the balance of power in this country.

This claim for a pardon, has to be a joke/hoax, a very good one.
I hope she makes a good video while in prison.
