She should do time like anyone else.

Imagine how terrible it would be for the
people who treat her as a role model if they
discover that you can commit crime and not
spend the time?

Yes Arnold, the governor of california, should stop everything he is doing right now, take the time to study this case carefully with a fine tooth comb, and then he will realize that paris deserves to be pardoned. After all she is just too pretty and rich to be spending time in jail. In fact Arnold should remove the judge from the bench who sentenced her this cruel and unusual punishment. I mean who does this judge think he is, does he think this is some savage country like iraq or afganistan. I mean people, and when i say people I mean only rich and famous people, do have the right to break laws and not follow through on probation conditions, especially when there are parties to go to and social events on the calendar. Besides its not her fault for not knowing what the terms of her probation conditions are, I mean come on, what person in right their mind know what the terms of their own probation are, we dont have time to pay attention to nonsense like that.

Easy answer...do her time like everyone else. In fact, she's already getting it easier than most people would. She's even getting extra protection by being kept away from the inmates. Not only did she drive drunk, but also drove without a license later, and didn't show-up to her traffic school class. If I did all of that, I'd probably get at least 3 months, not 45 days.

Besides, Arnold, if smart, will not screw over his career, just so princess can get off from going to jail.

NO. I am sick of all the reporters saying she doesn't deserve to go to jail. All they are doing is guaranteeing a chance for a future interview or to go to some lavish party or something. You also here that she is being treated unfairly because she is a celebrity but I think most of us don't get the same privileges as she does because we are NOT celebrities. If anyone of us 'regular' people did half the things she did, we would get more than 45 days in jail. Advice to Paris: Pay attention to what you are doing and I bet you would get in alot less trouble.

I think Arnold has more important issues than Paris Hilton. He might pardon her if he thinks the Hilton's will kick in the big bucks on his next campaign. It will be interesting to see what he does.

Hell no. She desires to study how something human beings stay. If she thinks she's above the regulations she would be in a position to grow to be much extra unbearably spoiled than she is now. Martha Stewart seems to be a larger individual for her reformatory time, in step with danger it is going to help Paris Hilton too?

Hell no. She has done the same thing numerous times and violated her probation. It would be in her best interest, as well as Arnold's, to let her serve the jail time. I know people who have gotten a few YEARS in jail for violation of probation, she got off easy. I think her "popularity" or whatever you call it, has her being treated differently. She needs to shut her dirty little mouth and take it like like the whore she is.

No!! I really, really hope that he doesn't pardon her. She has to be put in her place. She apparently thinks that her nonsense is more important than all the things that are going on in the world. Paris shouldn't be making headlines when countries are at war!!

No. She should see how it feels to be put somewhere that she doesn't want to be and see what a lot of others go through. If she gets off because of who she thinks she is; it's not fair to the others. She's no better than anybody else in the world.

No he should not under any circumstances pardon her.

She is nothing but a spoiled, talentless brat and deserves to go to jail.

Just because her parents are rich is no reason for her to be treated better than any one else.

no, she needs to be brought down a few pegs..........she thinks she is so far above 'normal' people.............she has no idea what it is like to be a 'normal' person and takes everything she has for granted..........she thinks her money can get her out of everything

she should have to do her time because that is the only way she will actually possibly (but I doubt it) learn a lesson---------that laws are made for all people to follow regardless of how rich or famous you are

I think more celebrities should get judges like Paris got.
