I'm really curious because i've had alot of friends who've tried this and really controlled themselves. Is it true that eating citrus fruits such as lemons, oranges, and grapfruits help control your hunger and appetite. I've been gaining to much weight for the past couple months and i just want to know if eating citrus fruits is a good beneficial start.

Eating citrus fruits are good for you especially grapefruit helps your body break down fat..

Yes they will help curb your appetite. Water also helps. You should eat six small meals a day. Smaller portions and exercise helps. Don't eat after 7pm if you're not active during the night. You need at least 4 hours to digest your food prior to sleeping.Walking will help you lose your stomach. Also, high calcium and protein diets also help.

There is no scientific evidence that eating citrus fruits will help you lose weight.
