How do we get electricity? Write it ain at least 3 sentences please.

Electricity is produced in one of several ways. Primarily in the US it is a. coal b. hydroelectric or c. nuclear. All use about the same process. A turbine is turned which generates electricity. The difference between the 3 is how the turbine is turned obviously.

You get a fan belt and run it from an added pulley to your stationary bicycle and to the old generator you got from an ancient cars drive pulley. Put the generators connections on the car battery with cables connected to the generator.

Convert your computers power source receiver to accept twelve volt or get a converter and connect the converter to your batteries output so you use a 120 volt output.
Plug your laptop computer to it and sit in on your handle bars so it wont fall off, and then, start peddling.

Keeping your car battery charged up and your laptop battery on that back up until you get tired of peddling, and loosing weight from peddling all the time you spend here asking and answering questions.

Don't use a new Alternator type or an old style one unless you understand the proper way to wire them or you could end up with a fried Generator, burnt out car battery, and need a new laptop computer. For the old fashion car generator you will need an old alternator box too.
