Pizza or Chinese Food?
I know neither is good for you but if I wanted to have either one of these to live on....which would be healthier?

Chinese food as long as it's authentic and doesn't have meat in it.

American style Chinese food is loaded with salt, usually.

Pizza is healthier than Chinese food.

The crust on pizza is all carbs. The Chinese foods do have
some veggies. It just depends on what kind of food you get.
I would not like to have to live on either. Variety is much better.

Chinese if you get the right thing. If you avoid all the fried items on the menu, it's all pretty healthy. Chinese cooking usually uses more veggies than meat in their dishes, or substitutes meat with eggs or tofu.
This isn't to say pizza is always unhealthy, especially if you choose veggies as a topping.

Both are, but you have to eat the healthy type of pizza's and chinese food

It depends.

Pizza loaded with veggies can be healthy if you don't eat too much of it. Chinese buffets are a bad idea, they are loaded with fat and MSG. But if you order from the menu instead, and order a dish with chicken breast or seafood and veggies and insist on no MSG, it can be healthier. Leave off the fried rice, though, or opt for steamed and skip the eggroll too.

That's pretty much a toss up...although you can probably get enough relatively healthy meat and veggies out of the Chinese food (minus the sauces and frying) versus getting as much healthy stuff out of a pizza.

I like both...but they sure pack on the pounds!

Pizza, as long as it's loaded with veggies and not pepperoni or sausage. Overall, veggie pizza isn't all that bad for you. Whole wheat crust would be ideal, but the cheese would give you protein and some vitamins, and the sauce would provide more vitamins and antioxidants such as lycopene. Chinese foods such as egg rolls, dim sum, and fried wonton are fried and loaded with trans fats.

I'm getting a lot of thumbs down, but these are the facts, not personal preferences.
