I've been having an affair for 2 months now.,and my son are taking their jerk father side, and now am being shown the door as well as a couple of smack across the face!
My sons all 4 of them have been beating the hell out of our family friend who I had an affair with, while their father was in IRAQ! Yes I know it was not right but I wanted to have sex, and he was their when my husband wasn't!
Now he's moved back to Jacksonville FL. and trying to escape what my husband said he was going to do to him!
My boys have thrown me out of the home and are calling me a dirty C**T, in public!
I'm being destroyed and my husband wont do anything about it but kick my ***!
I've got no where to go, and been fired because of affair and no money, because my son, gave my pin # to father and he took all the money and put it in a account whit his name only on it!
What am I going to do? I'm 45 and can't start fresh, and sons have been mean to me, I hate what I did to my family!

What am I going to do?
I'm at a friend house now and am using her ID,( her permission of course) with nothing to my name.
If my husband divorces me our state is no fault, but his attorney has filed a violation of marital contract to in civil court and have been told it come under "triple indemnity" rule , so if I lose husband will get everything plus three times extra!
I'm going to lose big, and I can't even defend my self because I have no money!
I was told by an lawyer who worked Pro bono publico, for a few hours to sign it all over to him, with the understanding the case would get dropped!
God I wished I keeped my legs closed, how did this get started, and how do I get out?
Is it posable to get my family back?
Is their any free law advice out their because I have no money at all now!
Where do I go from here?
O have no proof that husband smaked me and he has proof of my affair, so it's over befor it get started with other man too!
I got nothing!

Hell girl you are in a really bad situation, how in the hell did you decide to have an affair and let your children know? how inconsiderate of you towards your children, of course they have no rights to curse at you or hit you and neither your husband a simple divorce can fix that.. but now your facing the fact that you have nothing and by law you loose everything because of this affair.. How you can start new? from the beginning that is how your family is not going to forgive you just by reading your story I can tell you that is out of the question..you just sit back and let it all rain out on you and with what ever you have left even if it's just your name you start new.. Get a job save some money get a place all of this you start from the beginning.. Where is the guy who you had an affair with can you go where he at? or he completely bailed out on you? ohh well forget him and start new by your self, because i have to tell you this affair is going to have a long effect on your life. This is something your going to have to live for the rest of your life. and so start new. Be brave and stick by your guns.

I would say you need to evaluate your life and your choices. If you started the affair, you might have to live with the hate of your family for they might feel quite betrayed. If you didn't, you need to do some back-pedaling and start setting things right. I would suggest talking to your sons and try to get some of that lost love back. It might be an uphill battle all the way. Good luck and take care.

Sounds like you got what you deserved. Your husband was in Iraq, defending our country and you cheated on him because you needed sex? Did you care that little for your family that you were willing to rip it apart for sex? No one deserves to be hit but you need to realize you did a terrible thing and bad things happen to people who do bad things. You ripped apart your family and your boys have a right to be angry at you.
When you got married you promised to be faithful you made a vow, you broke it and now you are suffering the consequences and unfortunately so is the rest of your family even though they did nothing to deserve it.

your kids will never respect you , how can they ? You have been nothing but a slut in front of them , have hurt there father & they will probably never trust another female , you may have turned them into women abusers
That is their dad your having this affair in front of what do you expect !!!!

You made your bed, lie in it.
You may think your family is being harsh, but, just because you wanted to get laid, did not mean you had to do it! Plus, your husband is away in Iraq, so you should have known NO ONE will be forgiving.
It is not that you hate what you did to your family, you hate you got caught.

you're husband was over fighting for your freedom, worrying about whether he would make it home to his family and you're concerned about getting laid. i really don't feel bad for you. if you're lucky, maybe once he cools down he'll enter divorce proceedings with a clear and calm head. if not your only option is to go with the lawyer and hope for the best. maybe you can use this as a lesson learned because karma is a b***h and everyone gets theirs in the end!

I think you deserve everything you get!! Your husband was over in IRAQ to fight for this country and this is how you thank him?? You are a whore, you need to get a new life, leave your sons and husband alone!! I hope you husband does find him and beats the sh*t out of him too!!
