You can use acetone to remove Gorilla GLue before it dries. After that, your only choice is a chisel. Use a very sharp woodworking chisel and carefully scrape the exposed glue off. If you're right handed, use your right hand at the butt of the chisel to power it and the fingers from your left along the shaft to guide it. Obviously, be gentle and careful not to gouge your chair. You might leave some light tool marks, but that's OK. After you have removed the glue, sand the area down and add some stain to the area (Gorilla glue takes stain) and that should look a lot better than it does now.

In the future, check on your project every 5 minutes or so for the first 30 minutes after appliation and remove any squeezout with acetone.

It's hard to do. Gorilla glue expands a lot when curing. I don't know your exact situation, but you may be able to drill a series of fine holes around the repair. Remember, don't go ape **** with Gorilla glue.

You can't. Gorilla glue, once dried, is permanent. Besides being strong, it is also waterproof. It uses a chemical reaction to cure and is a very good product. Mistakes are not an option with this product.
