someone told me that when a man fails to masturbate for a long time, he throws up his sperm right out of his mouth. It's the first time I heard of it, and I'm too ashamed to ask this kind of question in person, but I'm really curious. How true is it?

Not at all. Usually, if you don't masturbate, your mind and body create a dream for you in which you have an orgasm and which makes you ejaculate in your sleep (wet dream). Some guys ejaculate during the day in their underwear. But there's no physical connection between your reproductive system and your digestive system, so there's not route by which semen could get from your testicles to your mouth!

It is absolutely not possible. Period.
IF a man goes too long without ejaculation, he may experience a discharge from his penis.
Inevitably, however, going too long without ejaculation will cause his testicles to absorb some sperm and to reduce production of new ones, reducing the need to release fluid. Most men at this point will also experience reduced levels of desire.

Hi,
I would like u explain very clear, sperms were produced from testin it has only one tube to connect to penis that is vas -deferens, so it is clear there is no connection of testis to mouth so u make it clear at no case a male can ejaculate through mouth

i highly doubt that you will throw up...if thats the truth then every guy out there that doesnt like touching them selves would be puking up his sperm. If you dont masterbate for a long time you will be fine. hopefully i helped a little bit =]
