The do over. Because I would want to get it right myself, not have it done automatically by using the easy button.

i'd choose "do over", you know how once you've spent like 20 minutes doing something, you realize that you could have done it an easier way. so if i had a do over button, i could just hit that and do it over again. i sometimes want a "forward" button. work goes by to s l o w . . .
