He is 2nd on the baseball all time home run hitting list, he will be number 1 very soon, but could he hit sixes as often as home runs.

Clearly Bonds has good hand eye coordination and upper body strength, but thier is plenty more to cricket than that. Footwork is far more important in cricket than baseball. Also cricket is a lot more strategic with an individual batsman batting for hours or even days, One mistake however can end an innings. So merely trying to blast the ball out of the park - even in the shorter versions of the game - would not be a very effective tactic in cricket.
One issue though - he wouldn't be allowed to play cricket as steroids are banned.

Way more often. He always has an uppercut on his homeruns and, with an uppercut like that, he would be hitting sixes out of the stadium!

Just because he is a very good hitter in the base ball, he cannot be successful in cricket as it is entirely a different ball game.
