Depends on the bunny...They do love most veggies yes..But a domestic bunny should be watched carefully on the intake...They can get very sick from to much rich foods like veggies and then you will be bringing them to the vet...It actually pops out the inside of their rectum....Good luck with your bunny and make sure you give them a full diet of grains and pellets...

Carrots have a lot of sugar. They should only be given in small amounts a few times a week. Leafy green vegetables are better and many rabbits prefer them to carrots anyway. Avoid iceberg lettuce as it has too much water and can cause diarrhea in some rabbits. It could be used to help increase water consumption, but is not recommended for most rabbits. Many people don't feed veggies until about 4 months because it could upset the GI tract. If the rabbit has had veggies at the breeder and the mother ate them too, then it is ok. When introducing a new vegetable, do it slowly. Feed a small amount and monitor the poop for a few days. .If nothing happens, continue feeding that veggie and incorporate it into the regular veggies.

It's natural for them to eat carrots, yes. Not all bunnies like carrots, but most do. Don't feed them the tops.

A bunny's diet should consist of 75% hay, and most of the rest proper rabbit pellets. Veggies should only be given about every other day as too much can cause diarrhoea. A rabbit's digestion is designed to cope with a lot of roughage.

Here is a list of vegetables and fruit suitable for rabbits:

The correct rabbit diet will help prevent digestive and dental problems - the most common health problems in rabbits.

Since I'm lecturing, I'll just add that it's advisable to have outdoor rabbits vaccinated against myxomatosis and VHD and wormed to prevent e. cuniculi!

They do, but they're more of a treat than an everyday meal. Carrots are a little sugary as veggies go, so bunnies should get just a small amount as a treat and a whole carrot only very rarely for very special occasions.

Yeah bunnies will eat carrots, lettuce just about any veggie or fruit. They also have rabbit food in pellet form at the pet store.
Bunnies are the coolest :)

I had a bunny and he hated carrots. Truthfully, the don't like carrots as much as we think they do. They do love other veggies but carrots not their fave.

Yep, they eat them. My sister had just gotten a new rabbit, and he didn't seem to know what to do with the carrot we gave him, so I put my rabbit in there and she tore into it like she was starving. Then he got the idea. Other items I gave my bunnies for treats were strawberries (they loved them), clover, lettuce and brocolli.

Most rabbits will eat any vegetables offered to them . You cannot, however, feed carrots exclusively. If you did the rabbit could die from vitamin A poisoning as their bodies turn the beta carotene into vitamin A. Good luck with your new pet!

They can and do, but they are a bit rough on their digestive system. Mine really preferred the carrot tops.

Yes, but don't give them lettuce, carrots, veggies, etc. when they're under the age of 6 months. afterwards give them maybe one every other day.
