Should people bash Cheney or Rove more since they're actually somewhat intelligent?

I feel bad about pointing out the many Bush flaws and failures. I am sure he means well--he just cannot help being incompetent.
I don't think most conservatives get upset about bashing the moron out of sympathy for imbeciles--they generally lack compassion in that regards. I mean, sure, it is never nice to pick on the handicapped. But they tend to do it quite a bit anyway. Propose a bill funding opportunity for the handicapped, and see how fast they'll leap to squash it!
I don't know who selected Bush to be the point man for all the bashing. But he is an excellent target. Just when he seems about to be overwhelmed by one horrible scandal or incompetent failure, along comes another, even bigger one, to distract us. It is like boxing oatmeal.

Bashing as its done on here, is about as creative as grade school recess, there are veryfew mantras they recite, and honestly bashing doesnt get anyone's attention in a positive way, it only gets more tribesmen to repeat the mantra but does not change anyone's mind

Actually, I would like to know why so many people - on *both* sides - seem to think it's perfectly acceptable to bash the mentally disabled.
It's cheap and trashy and shows complete ignorance.

Cons don't think Bush is mentally disabled. Only liberals. So who's making fun of the disabled?
Cons get angry because liberals could be spending their time improving the world instead of sitting around trying to find other ways to make Bush look bad.

Well usually its like a mentally disabled person tryin to do the bashing. Most of the bashing is so ridiculous, transparent, innacurate, or lunacy of the frothing at the mouth variety
that its generally quite pathetic.

I work with developmentally disabled people. Please do not insult them by comparing them to George Bush.
