How are the original telescopes made? Please help me out with any info and directions on how they build telescopes. A.S.A.P.

The first telescopes used two simple eyeglass lenses at opposite ends of a tube. One lens has a long focal length and the other a short focal length. Look through the end with the short focal length lens to see a magnified image. The source is a kit to make your own telescope, including instructions. $9 each (or 10 for $50 if you need a bunch for a class)

You can make a telescope entirely from scratch, in which case you must grind the mirror or lens, or you can buy all or some of the parts and assemble it.

There are many books on telescope making and online resources.

I'm not sure what you mean by "original" telescopes. I built a telescope (12.5 in, f6, Newtonian/Dobsonian). Are you trying to build one? I could help you with that. You'd have to e-mail me.

The original telescopes were made by properly emptying a pringles can and then using broken glasses to enhance the image, your welcome
