I went to go get an HIV test awhile back it came back negative. The test was from a medical center and it was free. However, I went to the LGBT center to get the test taken and I had to deal with this really annoying guy in his 30s and I am 20. Anyway, he was telling me he was only into light-skinned black guys which is what I am, not dark-skinned black guys or white guys, he was telling me. He kept asking me questions while I was trying to take the oral test. He was asking me if I was a top or a bottom and what my type was. When I told him I didn't know, he was like so you've never topped or bottom. Anyway, he told me I would find out the results in a week and I went all the way up there and he said he didnt have them. He told me to call next time. I called a million times daily and he wasn't answering. Finally, I come back a week later and he tells me I took the oral test wrong. That's only half of the story. He was also asking me out on a date while in my car.

Yea, he told me he would have to get in my car and show me where the medical center was to get another test. He told me wrong info about how that test was going to be taken and all about how he wanted a boyfriend on the way.

You need to report this jerk to his superiors. The way he treated you is totally uncalled for. As well as being unethical, it was probably illegal.

HIV fame apart, the truth that this man is pressuring you into sexual acts is significantly eff'd up. If he fairly cannot manage being simply peers (and also you have got to do a larger activity of constructing that transparent. ie: now not enabling oral), you have to stroll away. Personally, I'd propose he uncover a few corporations or counseling so he can A) gain knowledge of extra approximately HIV and b) make a few peers he is acquired extra in natural with so he may not think so by myself. Good good fortune.

Well you should've told him you're not interested.

Most of this sounds like sexual harassment, but some gay men can't tell that you're not interested, because they have little real world dating skills, so you need to be blunt.

So next time you see him tell him you're sorry but you're not interested. If it continues you may wish to ask him to get someone else to do the testing for you, or ask to speak to a person who's higher up there.

It's totally inappropriate behaviour on his part overall, very unprofessional.

Tell him your not interested. Then go to a doctor to be tested. Though i go to clinic, it is only because I do have it, and I do not associate with the other people there because it would be considered wrong, just as this guy is wrong to use a testing center to find a date.

I agree with the first answerer...that was highly unethical and unprofessional behavior. Even if it was a volunteer giving the test, they are a representative of that center and their supervisor needs to know about it.

You should definiflty ask to speak to the director of the program, and tell them. This guy is a sexual predator. You seem to have handled it pretty well, but imagine the next guy!

Report him to his superiors.
Sexual harassment comes in many forms.
This form is way over the top.
