is there a law that states if a UK citizens life is in danger or fear of danger within the UK itself from someone who is not a UK citizen, but they too live in UK, that that person would be sent back to their own country. Basically is there a law which states a UK citizen has more value in the UK, than a non-citizen?

In short, No. I very much doubt there is a law like that as it would be classed as racist..The Human Rights Act would come into play here me thinks....
However if you are in fear and/or danger from anybody Uk citizen or not, you do have the right to go to the police, you would need a basis for the fear of course.

Of course there is. If the person is an EEA national he can be sent home by powers contained in the EEA Regulations 2006 or if it is a third country national he or she can be deported under criminal law.

No, you can not just get someone deported. However, if you have reasonable cause to believe that this person is an imminent threat to you, call the police and file for a restraining order.

no... we treat the indigenous as we do teh non indigenous... and weve been like this since king John signed the magna carta at runnymeade in 1215...

all men are created equal... in the eyes of the law... until proven guilty that is...

and what you describe is sedition... and its one of the few things which you can still be hung for... and acts of terrorism in a naval dockyard...
