Your brake light switch must have come loose or fallen off. Check your brake pedal. You should see a switch fastened to the front side of it (or hanging loose) . Put it back in place and adjust it so that the lights only come on when you hit the pedal.

Either there is a short in the ground wire that goes to the brake switch or the brake switch is staying on. It might be misadjusted. good luck
