5 - HRH Princess Beatrice of York, daughter of Prince Andrew

6 - HRH Princess Eugenie of York, daughter of Prince Andrew

7 - HRH Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex

8 - Lady Louise Windsor, daughter of Prince Edward

9 - HRH Princess Anne, The Princess Royal

10 - Master Peter Phillips, son of Princess Anne

The Queen cannot "decide" who is next in line... for example if she didn't want Charles to be King she couldn't "abdicate in favour" of someone else. The crown will pass to Charles unless Charles himself abdicates (or dies before the Queen either dies or abdicates)
