Nick Carter...is he really a Jerk like I've heard?

This is just a generic question and I'm just curious. I use to be a teenie bopper back in the day and in the past few years I heard rumors that back in the day and even today, Nick Carter was a total jerk to meet. Anyone wanna validate that? This just for curisoity purposes.

And DO NOT answer this question unless you have a valid answer or experience with him. I don't want this question flooded with lame answers from people who hated the Backstreet Boys and saying "backstreet boys is lame; this is stupid" yada yada. I'm just curious is all.
