I have drains installed in my dog kennels and we just had some bad weather and leaves and everything just went into the drains. What is the best liquid or chemical ...ANYTHING I can use to unclog them. Preferably something I can get at a store like wal-mart or something.

Ok question....what if the drain is not dry clogged but wet clogged? Like theres water all the way to the top AND its clogged..I did use the enzyme solution but I'm thinking is it just going to stay on top? Or will it still work with it being filled?

Best thing would be a drain snaking. If you want to use a chemical, use an enzyme drain cleaner such as DrainCare by Zep. Enzyme cleaners cling to and eat organic matter. caustic drain cleaners eat a hole in the clog and then just go down the drain leaving a partial clog to start building up again. You can find enzyme cleaners at Home Centers.

Draino will clear them, but since it is in a dog kennel, try using baking soda and vinegar first because it is less caustic. Just pour about a half of a cup of baking soda down the drain and add about a cup and a half of baking soda. It should foam up and power through whatever is in the drain clogging it up. If these methods don't work, you should try a power plunger or a drill snake. WalMart has drill snakes that you attach on to the power drill, stick it down the drain and turn the drill on. The snake chews its way through solids to clear the drain.

Your best bet is to go to an equipment rental store and rent a snake. This should help pull out any junk. The Chemicals are good but with it being in a kennel I wouldn't want to chance it and the vinegar is not going to do anything to sticks and leaves and feces.

DRAIN-O GIRL! just be sure that all of it is washed away so a dog doesn't try to lick it up...but i'm sure you knew that:)
