Nortons, Mc Afee, is good for finding nothing. My best friend is the owner of SpyBot, and I would never recommend the software as I consider it junk.
Go to the link below and run an on-line virus scan from, Kerparsky Anti Virus server out of Russia. The complete scan may take up to two hours, depending on how many programs and running processes you have in your system. For sure if there is a virus the online scanner will find and destroy the virus.

You seem to have 2 anti-viruses running at the same time (Norton and McAfee).
Having 2 or more anti-viruses running at once will cause conflicts and can leave you with less protection, not more. Also it can slow your computer down markedly. Choose one A-V program and completely un-install the other.
Once you have only one anti-virus on your machine, update it with the latest definitions (extremely important) and re-scan.
If nothing is found, run both of these on-line scans and let them remove what they find. Both are free and excellent at detecting and removing malware free of charge. There is no need to un-install your current protections before using these.
1. Scan for virus, worms, dialers, etc. and remove (free online scan, no download) with BitDefender's Online Scanner
http://www.bitdefender.com/site/home/
2. Scan for trojans, adware, and spyware and remove (free online scan, no download) with Ewido Online Scanner ( now known as AVG Anti-Spyware). This is NOT the same as AVG Anti-Virus.
http://www.ewido.net/en/
These scans will take quite a bit of time. The time is necessary to clean-up an infected computer.
Good luck.

Your biggest problem is the Virus scanners you are using...Norton and McAfee are about the worst ones out there. Get rid of both of those and go get a free one like AVG. Not only will it make your PC run faster (Norton and McAfee slow your PC down considerably), it will actually detect viruses. You will be much happier...trust me.

First of all get rid of all your virus scanners. When you have too many scanners and you make one scan, it will detect the virus detected by the other so I suggest you uninstall them. Get a free Anti-Virus like Avast or AVG and try to download AVG's anti-rootkit. Your problem might be a rootkit. Normal anti-viruses might not detect rootkits that's why download AVG's free rootkit scanner

Do an online virus scan to check and remove virus and spyware if you still have viruses on your computer. And let us know if the online virus scan still finds any virus or spyware .

You usually need to run several different spy-ware programs to fix something like this. Make sure they all have the latest updates installed. Try using windows defender (if you are running windows OS)
http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx
You may also want to run AdaWare from:

There is also a registry cleaner at http://www.majorgeek.com
