is an individual that has shared so much of their past, present, and future ideals, perceptions, experiences, and pains to the point were you guys acutal share a life. Happens on both sides of the spectrum to bestfriends samesex become like family, different sex becomes like lovers. Of course that depends on your sexual orentation... but I think you get my point. Its a constant relationship based on the purpose of honestly relating your feelings! To make it simple.....
