Depends on the station format. Reflect their target audience; if it is a news or conservative talk station, dress like a preppy, repblican spoiled rich kid. If it is a young music station, dress like a hot chick in a music video.

Whatever you normally wear. The interview session will be focused more on your thoughts and ideas, along with the way you are able to verbally communicate. After all it is radio, not television.

The basic men's wardrobe when going to an interview has three primary elements: the suit, the dress shirt and the necktie.Be careful on what color do you choose,I recommend grey,dark blue or black,don't forget to match match your socks,shoes and necktie with the suit.
