You'll know if you're going to far if your doctor says so. If not, just enjoy it - only us pregnant and nursing ladies get the luxury of being able to enjoy so much food with the baby taking a healthy percentage of those calories.

I started out the same way, about the same time. And I was putting on weight to fast, but I would just eat healthy things. Try eating small meal then you can more then 3 a day. I am almost 40 weeks right now and am going through it agian. So good luck, what also helped for me before I put something in my mouth I would think is this something the baby is going to use if not I wouldnt eat it.

Ravenous hunger during pregnancy is normal, but sometimes we are hungry because the food we eat doesn't have much nutrients. Gold fish crackers for example, don't. If you are worried about gaining weight, eat vegetables, fruits and grains like barley, rye, buckwheat and quinoa which are really beneficial for pregnant women. Also, try supplementing your diet with nettle or red raspberry tea, which help build the strength of the uterine muscle, provide the baby with the nutrients you are craving and have been proven to reduce incidence of hemmorage and other complications.

Eat healthy foods that are on your pregnancy diet. My diet, the Brewer diet, said you could eat all you wanted if you were genuinely hungry; as long as it was healthy food. I'm afraid cheese gold fish are considered junk food. A baked potato would be better and would help you not get hungry for a while. Your body may need the calories for some reason.

LOL...normal, many of us get a bit hungry then. Stay away from Americone Dream from Ben and Jerry's! It'll add 30 lbs a day! Mention it to the doctor when you go next time but don't starve yourself. If you are hungry drink some milk and eat some fresh fruit or a fresh veggie. Good luck.

I was the same way during my first pregnancy. I espeicllay enjoyed ham, really salty beef jerky, and anything from Little Debbie! I gained about 25lbs. Just concentrate on making your portions smaller for each meal and spacing them out appropriately. Cut out the snacky stuff like goldfish.

I had an similar situation! this idea helped me it ought to help you! merely make effective that: you've your 3 each and daily nutrients (wealthy in fibre & protein). between nutrients have pleanty of unpolluted fruit (or veg), and in case you nevertheless no longer satisfied have any project you yearning on the time (do not attempt to sidestep issues that you yearning because, you'll discover that starvation seens to enhance). also it helps felling fuller in case you drink a cup of water or tea (pref. eco-friendly tea because is healthful) 30min or so earlier eating your significant nutrients. And submit to in recommendations you eating for 2 so is amazingly known i ought to say!
