If you have free time, try to think why the hell are we still asked to pay taxes to our governements. If you ask a statal burocrat, the answer would be by the book, becouse we need taxes, it's the basis of our eceonomy. I mean, wake up people, try to use your gey materia. We pay taxes, only becouse it is more easy for statal burocracy to control us and make us obey to them. taxes were invented by monarchy, it is not a matters of physics laws. if we would stop paying taxes, our planet would not stop rotating. But on the other hand, if we will stop paying taxes, we will have our hauses, our cars just for the money we spent once. We will be more selective choosing jobs only if we like them. And the governement toghether with the industries would be no more able to control our lives and our choices... Government is taking our money in the name of nations development...and spend that huge money in wars..... Do You agree with it? Think...and tell me friends ...do we really need to pay taxes?

Because our poloticians are greedy pigs and we have to pay their salaries somehow. Didn't we run from England to escape taxes? Or did they stop teaching that in school these days?
Why don't I just give my ENTIRE paycheck to the liberals who are just itching to spend it on the *needy* who are too busy making babies and scamming people to go out and get a job to earn money for themselves. Better yet, let's send ALL my money to Africa so school children there can stand a fighting chance while our own children can't pass competency tests.

Have you ever heard the saying, "Pay me now, or pay me later"? Well, there you go. In a perfect world there are no taxes. I don't believe all taxes are right and just. I do believe some taxes are a necessary evil in "our" economy. If you spend 30 years paying off your home and don't pay your taxes you lose it. Is that fair. According to whoever writes the tax laws it is. I just read an article about a man in in another country that was behind on his taxes so the police dragged him from his home and broke his arm. He was out of work for three months. This was a recent event. We may actually have it pretty good here.

You are right my dear, MOST do pay taxes. And since that is one of their main arguments and you prove them wong they have to find some other way to be anti-illegal. So what do they do? They make up stuff about illegals. Anything that they say I take with a grain of salt. Don't listen to JConly...... I never do. He always wants someone to provide facts. But then he hardly gives proof of the things he claim.And when he does they are so made up.

You are legally obligated to pay taxes, yes.
In theory, a government could subsist on fees, tarrifs, and the like without directly taxing it's citizens. I don't think it's ever been done, though, and citizens would still be giving thier government money in return for services, and/or paying higher prices on tarriffed goods.

Well, who would pay for paving the roads you drive on? Where would the money come from to put in phone lines, supply electricity, provide teachers for your kids? Yes, taxes are absolutely necessary.
However, there is a better way to tax people. Flat tax.

Get a job..oh wait, how will you drive to work with no roads?

There's other things that paxes pay for, things like building/repairing roads and bridges. Fund things like the Federal Drug Administration, police, fireman, etc. In this world the only certain things are death and taxes - Ben Franklin

I do not have a problem paying taxes, it what they spend the taxes on. Yes we need education, roads,defense. We do not need to share the wealth, to pay people to have children they can not support, pay the lazy people who do not want to work.Stop giving our hard earn money to country that can not handle them self( AID in Africa). Lower taxes, increase tariffs, and stop wasting money.

Even though everyone hates doing, YES we need to pay taxes, maybe not so much, but we do need to. were do you think the funding comes from, we are supporting our military for protecting us, we are paying for your children to be taught.
