yes, unless i thought i would get shot to. I would however immediatly call the cops or try to get help. But i'm not saying i'd just jump right in and sacrifice myself unless it was someone close to me.

That depends on the situation. If the person being shot is a good friend then I won't think twice. But a complete stranger? Yeah I probably would help them as well.

3 after the danger is over do what I can to help the person, sometimes this is just crowd control as they may already be gone. Unfortunately I saw a robbery out a resturant window and ths was the end result. I am an RN so I felt obligated to help but the person was already dead by the time I got there.

Not if they deserved it.
What i meant is, if it was some crazy mofo with an assault rifle or covered in dynamite and the police shot em, I'd try catch it on my phone camera and put it on youtube.
If some random guy started some random shooting, I'd have to make that decision then depending on how it affects the people around me's chance of survival, I'd like to save people if I had the chance, but I wouldn't throw my life away if I didnt think it was gonna help.

To try and step in, would be plain suicide, to try and call the police or yell somethig out to distract the guy, would probably be the only thing you can do. it is nice that so many people would try and help, but its not like the movies, make sure you are behind something if you are going to yell something out.
guns kill and very fast, think before you get into it.

I don't think you can predict such a thing unless you've been in the situation. I like to think I would help. But the least you can do is find a phone and call 911.

I would shoot them with my gun and then get arrested for carrying. But at least I saved people. The gun controllers would be happy if i was a whimp and walked around with no way to defend myself. I dont want an appology on my tomb stone, I want to live and will help someone like that in a heart beat with no reguard for what will happen to me for protecting and saving.

I would have to asses the situation first. I would hate to put my life on the line for some sorry a** loser who deserves to get shot.

um call 911 right away and wait for the other guy to get out of there. its always more important to look for your own saftey before helping someone because it makes the job even harder to save the first person. then i would help him out
