Yes she should go to jail. She violated the court order not to drive with a suspended license 3 times. She was done for drunk driving, that's serious, so she shouldn't have violated that order. Not only that, she could have done coummunity service, or attended classes and she did not.
This is someone who could have had a driver. I don't feel sorry for her. She was asking for it. I'm just glad she didn't kill anyone driving drunk!

Of course she should... She's already getting a special privilege by getting to pick out what jail she wants to go to... Any of us would get locked up for violation of probation... Especially with the attitude she was giving the judge "I don't have time to talk to my probation officer"... Paris, when you are on probation... You gotta make time or else you go to jail... :) Too bad, so sad.... but poor Paris will just get more popular from this so I don't know what all the fuss is about... It's only a month and 2 weeks... She could go now and still have some summertime...
When you go to jail you can't take anything with you... SO hopefully she can't either... They make girls get butt naked, squat and cough 3 times in front of female officers... I seriously doubt that Paris will have to do that... Although she should... Since everyone is "equal in the eyes of the law"... that's a bunch of horse *&^%

Yes, she should. She knowingly violated a court order twice by driving without her license. If she was smarter with all that money she would have just had her chauffeur drive her around for 6 months and there would be no issue. No knowing your license is suspend even though you sign a paper stating so after the first warning is plain ignorance.

Yes she should go to jail after all she knew what she was doing when she got behind the wheel of a car when she knew that she was band from driving, now she is looking for clemency,i think that she has a cheek, the only difference between her and the rest of us is the money, well if she did the crime then she has to do the time.

If the conditions would be better in there for her than out here then I dont see why not.
After all you have to be out of your rooms by one so the chambermaid can clean your bathroom and change the sheets on the bed.
In prison I think you only have to go out-side for an hour or two all day.

She should go to prison indefinitely. She should not be going into one of those "nice" prisons either. The contempt she has for the laws the rest of us respect and follow requires that she learn a serious lesson. Send her up the river to one of the hardest dirtiest prisons there are for life.
Oh and while we are at it, her mother deserves to go to a similar institution on the other side of the country for her recent behaviour as well!

Ever seen American Dad? She would make being in prison into a reality show, too. Simple Life Without Parole, or something.

yes, ofcourse, she should. her classless mother when laughing aloud like a hyena while court was in session, who obviously thought it was funny that HER daughter was in this situation should have been removed out of the court room like the piece of trash that she is. I can see where her little princess gets her little attitude from-the fruit doesn't fall from from the tree. Just because you can wipe your butt with hundreds, doesn't mean you have to be so socially irresponsible and lude. You don't see Tiger Woods running around breaking laws like this -and he's got himself some serious dough.

I think that the majority of the reason she is going to prison is because of her celebrity.
I know people here in Los Angeles who have been caught driving without their license, without owning the car, without license plates, and without even belonging to this country, and all they did was get a ticket. Didn't even get their car taken away until they had been stopped THREE times.
I'm not defending Paris Hilton though, she has done a lot of dumb things when it comes the law, and has gotten off. I think though, that a lot of it is because she is a celebrity, and the law enforcement is trying to send out a message that they are going to start cracking down on celebs now.
If only they could start on Phill Specter though.
