I believe I can isolate the variables in this manor and provide you with an adequate answer. Your age is near high school, this I know, this information is very sufficient for my answer:
I will add and isolate variables now:
short skirt ~ they are pursuing vanity and scumming humanity
long skirt ~ they are traditional with apparel
solid skirt ~ this may be part of a uniform dress code
This is a fair question. I would disregard the humans that ridicule your question; for they can not think with limited observation and knowledge.

I don't understand....I think you are asking why a female would wear a skirt every day.
If that is your question, here are some possible answers:
It is part of a uniform
She does not own pants or dresses and can not go out in public in only panties.
She prefers to wear a skirt.
She was told that if she does not wear a skirt every day that someone will hurt her family.
She feels more comfortable in a skirt that other attire.
If that is what you were asking, I hope this gives you some insight, if not then I just wasted about 3 minutes of my life.

Skirt is more feminine, some for religion beliefs, or some just because they like it more. People make choices.
After all, we have a "choice" pants or skirts!

Some have a religious belief because in the bible it says...

Judging people by the color of their hair is proving that you are the unintelligent one. Im sorry for you for that.
Women who wear skirts every day means the woman likes to wear skirts every day. It is her fashion style or sense. Why do you wear what you do every day? Because you like it that way. I wear jeans, I like jeans. But it is really none of your business what a person wears on a dailly basis. Maybe if you paid as much attention to yourself you would not intentionally offend people by your stupidity. Have a lovely day.

I like to wear skirts because I think they're comfortable and nothings riding up my butt, ya know? I've got some pretty good legs. It's the one asset I can flaunt a little but when I get home, it's baggy shirts, mens undershirts, sweats or boxers all the way.. and hair up in a ponytail...that's the real me!

Well...Im not blonde...but I dont see the point of that. Its not like hair color actually makes you stupid. I know a few blondes who are the smartest women I have met.
Wearing skirts everyday means you just like wearing skirts. Maybe it makes you feel sexy...maybe they're just more comfortable then pants...maybe shes trying to hide her big thigh....who knows! My Grandmother wore skirts everyday of her life till she turned 50.

Im not sure - I guess they want the really girly image - just because I personally wouldnt feel comfortable in skirts all the time doesnt mean nobody else can. They can wear whatever they want.
